Returns & Refunds
In case you are not happy with your order or part of your order, you can return it to us, provided it has not been used or fitted, and is returned with any packaging that form part of the goods with a valid proof of purchase. Return fees will be at your own charge. We advise opting for a return shipment requiring a signed delivery receipt.
When returning an item please include your name, order number, the product details and the reason for the exchange or refund. If any of these details are missing, we will not be able to process your request. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any underwear due to hygiene reasons.
All returns are subject to testing upon receipt – we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use. We aim to process exchanges and returns as fast as we can, but during busy periods this can take up to 2 weeks.
